Do I feel like I need support, but friends or family aren’t enough?

Am I repeating patterns that don’t serve me, but I don’t know how to change them?

Do I want to understand myself better or improve my quality of life?

Its also important to remember and perhaps reclassify the idea that therapy isn’t just for crisis moments, it can be for growth, clarity, and support.
